TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. USE OF THE FACILITY

By entering Chances Fort St. John, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

2. AGE RESTRICTION

You must be at least 19 years old to gamble or participate in any gaming activities within the facility.

3. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Chances Fort St. John encourages responsible gambling practices and provides support services for players who may require assistance with problem gambling issues. You are solely responsible for monitoring your own play habits and making informed choices regarding your participation in gaming activities.

4. RULES OF PLAY

You must comply with all rules of play, including but not limited to:

• Must be 19 years or older
• Valid government-issued photo identification is required upon request
• Comply with all facility and gaming regulations

5. GAMBLING TERMINOLOGY AND DEFINITIONS

The following terms have the meanings set forth below unless a different meaning is specified in these Terms and Conditions:

• "Gaming" means any activity involving the betting or wagering of money on games, including but not limited to slots, electronic table games and other authorized gaming products.
• "Participant" means an individual who engages in Gaming at Chances Fort St. John.

6. ACCESS TO THE FACILITY

Access to the facility is restricted to individuals who meet all applicable laws, regulations and these Terms and Conditions.

7. SELF-EXCLUSION PROGRAM

You have the option to participate in BCLC's Self-Exclusion Program for a specified period of time or permanently at your discretion.

8. CONTEST AND PROMOTION RULES

The rules governing contests and promotions offered within Chances Fort St. John will be posted on-site. Participation is subject to applicable laws, regulations and these Terms and Conditions.

9. GAMING PRODUCTS

Chances Fort St. John offers a variety of authorized gaming products that are fully disclosed in this facility.

10. ODDS AND PAYMENT OF WINNINGS

All odds of winning prizes or payouts will be displayed on-site. Payouts for winnings may take up to 30 days from the date of win to process and pay out winnings.

11. GAMING MACHINES

All gaming machines are fully tested, validated, and maintained by authorized personnel in accordance with BCLC regulations prior to being placed into service at Chances Fort St. John.

12. CONFLICT OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the rules posted on-site or in any other documentation provided to you, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Chances Fort St. John reserves the right to modify, change, add or delete from these Terms and Conditions at its discretion with prior written notice to you as required by applicable law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Canada including but not limited to the Gaming Control Act (British Columbia).

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Canadian law.
